Because of the nature of work, the staff is carefully selected and then trained in accordance with regulations issued by ENAC jointly to the operating procedures of Aircrafts Companies. During the start up, each staff member is supported by a tutor, who transfers all the procedures relating to security and prevention.
Moreover, during the training our operators have undergone courses in subject of Human factor, directed at raising awareness on the personal attitude as well as on the professional.
